I&E Support

UO-G can supply expert support for all your Instrumentation and Electrical projects including PLC Programming, Instrumentation Calibrations, Measurement Support and day to day field work as needed to help keep your Facilities Safe and Reliable.

Safety Inspectors

At UO-G our Safety Department can help support the construction safety aspect of a gas/crude oil gathering and processing facility by auditing work site(s) for compliance with 29 CFR 1926 (OSHA Construction Standards), Inspecting the work site(s) for recognized industry hazards, Observing personnel behaviors for potential risk-taking behaviors, Visiting with contractors and individuals who appear to need assistance, Reporting and investigating any work-related incidents, Participating in group tailgate safety meetings and reporting findings and corrective actions to the Project Manager and Contractor Supervision.

Our TEAM can also help support operations aspects by providing training to employees in required elements of 29 CFR 1910 (OSHA General Industry Standards) on an as needed basis. Subject matter may include as an example: Hydrogen sulfide, emergency response, lockout tag out. Auditing operating facilities including Terminal, a similar crude oil terminal, along with field LACT units, Provide reasonable safety support to client operations employees. We also offer auditing services for exiting operating facilities, including crude oil or similar terminals with field LACT units while providing reasonable safety support to client operations employees.

Project Management

UO-G will help you manage every aspect of your projects as a TEAM with a level of expertise that ensures success. Our TEAM will help from Design to Procurement to Installation through Commissioning.

PSM Implementation

Our UO-G PSM TEAM can help provide onsite training and support for all 14 elements of PSM. We have the ability to assist with design and implementation of the PSM Program, Management of Change (MOC’s), Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).

DOT OQ Training
